trilinos license

Hi,

I was thinking of packaging trilinos:

http://trilinos.sandia.gov/

(at least some parts of it, like the
http://trilinos.sandia.gov/packages/anasazi/ eigenvalue solver),
however, the license says:

Trilinos is released under the Lesser GPL GNU Licence.
Trilinos is copyrighted by Sandia Corporation. Under the terms of
Contract DE-AC04-
94AL85000, there is a non-exclusive license for use of this work by or
on behalf of the U.S.
Government. Export of this program may require a license from the
United States Government.

Could such a software go to Debian main?

Thanks for any opinions,
Ondrej

P.S. please CC me.
