Well, _I_ did already explain why this is the case. You did not give any
evidence for your claim.
GPL §2b) verifies that the GPL is asymmetric.

verifies that GPL §2b) is asymmetric.
If you have problems to understand the asymmetric nature of the GPL, try to
first understand the difference between:
1) There is water in the bucket
2) The bucket is in water
