This public domain disclaimer is fine.
HOWEVER, the niftilib developers *really should* include a copy of this
statement somewhere inside the downloaded files. This is in case people get
secondhand copies of the files and ask "what's the license?".
We encourage you to contact the developers and ask them to do exactly that.
