If you phrase it this way, it gets too tied to specific technical
details, IMHO.

If you don't want this clause, why are you trying hard to rephrase it in
an acceptable way?
Just for fun, I suppose...

Dropping debian-www from the Cc: list, as we are just speculating on
imaginary license clauses for the sake of it (at least, it seems so).
