IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE [sic], EDINBURGH GRANTS NO
LICENCE [sic] TO USE SOFTWARE, AND THEREFORE YOU SHOULD CLICK ON THE 'REJECT'
BUTTON TO EXIT THIS PROCESS.

NB: Licence is also an appropriate spelling.

Actually, not only is "licence" an appropriate spelling, but it is the correct spelling in Scots, the language spoken in Edinburgh. "License" would be considered a spelling mistake ... "licence" is the noun, "license" is the verb.

("licence" is also the correct spelling in English. Apparently not in American, though :-)
