Would we need to copy the document? I think it would just be taking
some ideas from it and re-expressing them, but I could be wrong.

It seems Gervase Markham has seen this. I hope that Netscape had
permission too, but IIRC the burden is on redistributors to have
reasonable documentation of that. :-/
