I made some files for you:
http://people.cc.jyu.fi/~juhtolv/stuff/txt/CDDL/
- cddl_license.draft.txt : Copypasted this to text editor:
http://www.crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?3:mss:9125:200412:dmcacncfamieofeochbn
- cddl_license.txt : Same as this:
http://www.opensolaris.org/license/cddl_license.txt
- wdiff.n1.txt : Output of:
wdiff -n1 cddl_license.draft.txt cddl_license.txt
- wdiff.n2.txt : Output of:
wdiff -n2 cddl_license.draft.txt cddl_license.txt
- wdiff.n3.txt : Output of:
wdiff -n3 cddl_license.draft.txt cddl_license.txt
- wdiff_sed.txt : Output of:
wdiff -1n cddl_license.draft.txt cddl_license.txt | sed -e 's/^/ /;/{+/s/^/|/;s/{+//g;s/+}//g'

I am not going to package any software under that license. I just want
to know, if installing, running and using software under such license is
ethically right thing to do. And I think I am not the only one pondering
such ethical question: For example many of you may have accounts to Sun
Solaris systems and sooner or later they may be upgraded to version 10.
