I apologise that we don't have a better document detailing this process. - The default build for Firefox and Thunderbird uses non-trademarked logos - The names can be found in files called brand.dtd and brand.properties http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/find?string=browser.*brand (for Firefox)This should change the vast majority of instances. There are a few it doesn't; these are either bugs or unavoidable due to the words being in other pieces of code, like the installer. But try that and see how far you get.
