"Nestle" has an acute accent in there somewhere. Trying to defend these trademarks in court could only lead to a long and expensive legal battle, of uncertain outcome. He who has the most expensive lawyer wins, normally. That's part of why they all(?) use logos wherever possible. It's much easier to defend a trademark on an original image than on a word. -- .''`. ** Debian GNU/Linux ** | Andrew Suffield : :' : http://www.debian.org/ | `. `' | `- -><- |
