These three are 3-clause BSD, which is fine.  Although clause 3 is silly,
since it's apparently a no-op.

This is the only questionable bit, since it's really a rather broad
restriction.  But I think it's DFSG-free enough, especially since "vocal"
or "Vocal" could still appear in the name.

You must be careful; your Debian package of this will almost certainly be a
derivative work (unless you don't need a diff at all, which is unlikely)
and so in order to satisfy clause 4, you need to make sure it isn't called
"VOCAL" and that "VOCAL" doesn't appear in its name.  This is obviously an
annoyance.

Clause 4 is not GPL-compatible, of course, in case you were wondering.
