Again, sincei have been counseled that repetition is good in obtaining
attention here,

the GPL only allows for redistribution either with the 3years offer or with
the source. if you don't follow these, you are not allowed to distribute, even
if the licensee rejects the sources. Altough if you give them to him, and he
throws them away, that may be another problem.
