I disagree.  If I edit the sound font file in a wave editor, I may
well have changed the preferred form of modification for that work.
If I as the author of the work were to actually choose to do all
future modifications in the wave editor rather than using the sound
font file, then I've effectively changed source code formats.

Writing "I disagree" and then apparently restating my view is odd behaviour. I guess one of us is not understanding the other correctly.
