Unable to contact author of DFSG FAQ

Hi,

I would like to contact the author of a web page entitled "Debian Free
Software Guidelines (DFSG) FAQ" The page is here:
<http://people.debian.org/~bap/dfsg-faq.html> (I believe there to be
some incorrect statements on that page). However, the mail address
<***@debian*org> bounces because the forwarding address is not correct.
If anyone is collaborating with the author of that page and could pass
my messages on, I would appreciate it. Please send or CC any replies
directly to me, as I am not subscribed to the debian-legal list. Sorry
for the intrusion.
