can MPL linking to openssl go into main?

Hi!

I've seen there are problems with GPL programs linking to openssl, and as
I'm about to upload the new version of the openh323 libs which are licensed
under MPL I was wondering if I could upload them to main or if there was any
problem in doing this :-?
