Yes. It's definitely non-free. Doesn't allow modified versions to be
distributed and more than requests changes to be sent back to the
original author. I'm sure there are a few more in there as well. The
question I have is whether it is OK to drop this in non-free or
whether it needs to be removed from debian altogether.
