Moonshine, for example. OCaml, for one that's in Debian. QPL seems to be
used for some QT stuff like some use Artistic/GPL for Perl stuff
or the Eiffel Forum License for Eiffel stuff or the GPL for just about
anything - no apparent reasoning, it's just the thing to do. The OCaml
people, OTOH, seem to be anal about how people use their stuff, so they
wanted to make it as hard as possible to fork or use the code in other
programs, which explains their use.
