Fortunately, this is not common meaning of 'subset'. Ask a lawyer (the
author of that license, for example) what a subset is and he will tell you
that if B is a subset of A then B does not include all of the elements of
A.
In any case, a .deb that contains the "font pack" might be called a
superset of it, but not a subset.
[1] Except for the set of all sets that are not subsets of themselves, of
course.
