need to lower shared graphics memory

Hi

Im on a Toshiba Tecra A8 model running Debian testing , using an Intel 945 shared graphics with (256 MB).
I do not need 256 MB to be spent on my graphics and i've tried through xorg.conf (option VideoRam) to set it to 128MB unsuccessfully .

from xorg.conf

Section "Device"
        Identifier "Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express$
        Driver "intel"
        BusID "PCI:0:2:0"
        VideoRAM 131072

from xorg.0.log

(WW) intel(0): VideoRam configuration found, which is no longer recommended.
(II) intel(0): Continuing with default 262144kB VideoRam instead of 131072 kB.
(II) intel(0): Kernel reported 208896 total, 1 used
(II) intel(0): I830CheckAvailableMemory: 835580 kB available
(**) intel(0): VideoRam: 262144 KB

bios options are not available , so what do you suggest me to do ?
