Looking at my configs, I changed /etc/hibernate/ram.conf like so: uncomment or add: EnableVbetool yes VbetoolPost yes UseDummyXServer no and, in /etc/hibernate/common.conf, I have # SwitchToTextMode yes COMMENTED OUT. With those options, suspend-to-ram works for me. - Joe
