loading soundfonts on ibm t40

Hey gang,

I thought I had done this before but seem to be having trouble making it
happen again!

Trying to load some soundfonts up so rosegarden4 will play.

tried:
hgh@opie:~/SOUNDFONT/UNISON$ asfxload Unison.sf2
No Emux synth hwdep device is found
hgh@opie:~/SOUNDFONT/UNISON$ sfxload Unison.sf2
/dev/sequencer: No such device

Googled around...read docs....I'm stuck.  Not sure this card even supports
loading soundfonts....
