I think it might be a problem with the /dev/dsp permissions, as Martin
Hauser said about the deamons and firefox trying to acces /dev/dsp
directly. to check this you could try running firefox in a terminal and
see if you get any errors. (or just give user permissions to /dev/dsp/, i
dont know how that will affect security!)
