HP PAVILION DV1125LA Segmentation Fault

I try to install Debian Sarge in my Pavilion notebook,
but without luck.
I have these message :

/etc/rcS.d/S36discover: line 204  935 Segmentation
fault modprobe $MODULE
uhci_hcd disabled in configuration.
Loading ehci_hcd module.
<6>usbcore: registered new driver usbfs
usbcore: registered new driver hub

Then the notebook halt.

Y try to use Knoppix Live CD and run OK. But I need to
use Sarge.

Please anyone help me?
