No master volume in Fujitsu P7110

Hi,

Fujitsu Lifebook P7110. Debian, testing. KDE.
Master volume is defunct. Instead Headphone rules.

Found advice on some spots in net:

echo 'VOLUME "Headphone" 0' > /proc/asound/card0/oss_mixer

Trained but it doesn't work (why???!!!).
Any ideas?
