I have a Toshiba T1950CT (486dx50, 12 MB memory and 340 MB HDD)

OK, I have PCMCIA and a 3Com 3c589-Combo, but you can download the
Floppies from WOODY:

rescue.bin	and 	root.bin
driver-1.bin 	to	driver-4.bin 
base-1.bin  	to	base-20.bin

If you have PCMCIA in the Laptop, I suggest you to use the bf2.4
