touching touchpad interpreted as ButtonPress
Hello,
My Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop running sarge and X is exhibiting strange
and often problematic touchpad behaviour: depending on the length of
time that I touch the touchpad for, not just MotionNotify events but
also ButtonPress and ButtonRelease events are generated! This means
that the left moust button is effectively being pressed very often as
my thumbs rest near the touchpad. How can I fix this? Below is
relevant xv output.
