See for example installation report #298623 [1]. You can get the system to boot by blacklisting the i810_audio module for both discover and hotplug. There are blacklist files under /etc for both these packages. (You can use the Debian Installer as a rescue system for editing these files; instructions are in question 28 of [2].) This is probably a kernel bug that should be reported upstream. Are you interested in persuing this further? You should at least be willing to provide further info on request and be willing to test a patch.
