You can't mount that as it is not a port for a SD/CF/wathever-card but a
slot for a Smartcard. Smartcards are those little plastic cards that
look just like creditcards but with a chip (a microcontroller) on them.
This slot is located just beneath your PCMCIA-port.
Actually, your Cardbus-Controller has two slots - one for a PCMCIA-card
an the other slot is occupied by the smartcard-reader.
I don't know, if you can use that controller as it depends on the
availablility of a driver for the chipset. My D600 has the same kind of
controller but manufactured by O2Micro, not by TI. For O2 there is a
binary driver but for the 2.4-series only.
