Sometime around Christmas 2003.  Realistically, whenever
debian-installer is ready.  Debian uses roughly the same schedule as
Apogee Software:  When it's good and ready to be released, that's when
it'll be released.

However, nothing is stopping you from changing stable in your
sources.list to sarge if you want a head start.

Yes, thank you, we've heard that before.  When it comes to any software,
you have two options:  New and unreliable or old and solid.  Pick one,
not both.
