RE: PCMCIA USB 2.0 Controller for Linux



I have the Adaptec USB2connect (AUA-1420A) USB 2.0 Cardbus, which works
good for 2.4.2*

As i estimate you as a german citizen, i can tell you, that the cheaper
Atelco-Brand 'Digitus' worked, as long as i didn't try to write
files greater than 500 MB to an USB-Storage-Device (External Harddrive)
and i could reproduce this effect on W2K.

The driver is the 'EHCI-HCD (USB 2.0)', which is experimental in 2.4.24.
This device worked also for 2.6.0, but i tried very briefly.

Price: 69 Euro at alternate.de (unfortunately unavailable in any real
shops, at least in my area)
