Depends on the suspend implementation you are using. suspend= is for
swsusp (/proc/acpi/sleep), pmdisk= is for pmdisk (/sys interface, don't
know it) suspend2= is for swsusp2 patch (/proc/swsusp/activate).

It looks from the log that for some reason the computer is not turning
off at the end of the suspend. I don't know enough about that though.
