Add to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/devel/lang/java/blackdown.org/
\ debian/ woody main non-free
or any other java blackdown mirror if you prefer
Then:
apt-get update
apt-get install j2re1.3 j2se_common
or another java version. (apt-cache search blackdown)
