Do you have that kernel installed and running?  If so, you can look at
/etc/pcmcia/config which will list all the supported cards.  There are
a lot of them.

I use a Xircom Realport RBEM56G-100 (10/100+Modem56).  It uses the
tulip_cb and serial_cb modules.  It works perfectly.
