I also have this pcmcia card. Unfortunately this is as far as I have
got as I do not have a suitable sim card for mine yet. (As far as I am
aware Orange are the only UK network to offer a HSCD service. I'm
currently investigating the cheapest option for use with this card).

I've found the following web page which details getting this thing
working.

The page is quite old and contains a patch to serial_cs. I'm not sure
if this is still necessary with more recent kernels/pcmcia-cs. I
assume that if it announces a serial device on insert that you can use
it "as is". 

The page also contains the correct init strings for using the card at
different speeds.

Please let me know how you get on with this as I shall be looking at
it myself as soon as I get a sim card.
