IBM thinkpad A20m keyboard problem

Hi guys
I´m installing woody in an IBM think pad A20m but when I insert de
pcmcia network card
(IBM etherjet 32 bits) the network is OK but the the keyboard locks
numbers and if I try
to press p o i u j k l or m these keys are not working
If a remove the network card the keyboard is OK
Any help??? please answer cc aalvarez@credicoop.com.ar
