RE: SONY standby problem

You could try to deactivate the standby status from the BIOS directly, I did that in my laptop.

Subject: SONY standby problem

Hi:

I have SONY VAIO GR300P.  It gets unstable when I try to get it to wake up from standby usually switching off and telling me it was an unscheduled interrupt.  I can't get it to accept an 'always on option as a default either.  Any suggestions appreciated
