The file is 135 lines long, so therefore the problem is on line 135.

The "other" section requires a "table=" line, presumably "table=/dev/hda" in 
your case.  Also "read-only" doesn't apply to windows, as DOS type operating 
systems don't support mounting read-only (and LILO wouldn't know how to 
instruct them to use read-only mode if it was possible).
