The number is 90%.  If it was 75%, nobody would use it, but at 90%, it
may be about time to be looking at a larger hard drive anyways.

Also, ReiserFS is better at handling lots of small files than any other
filesystem, if you need that kind of thing.  (Usually a big advantage
e.g. for mail servers which use maildir's instead of mbox's.  For a
single user box, it depends on what kind of files you use mostly.)
