There is no such release as Debian Woody 2.2r3.
Debian Woody is 3.0 but it has not yet been released, althogh there will
soon be a release.

2.2 is Potato, so you infact have a potato installation, and if you are
concerned about security (Are you connected to the internet? If so, then
you should be), then upgrading to 2.2r5 would be a very good idea.

The only updates should be for security fixes and major bugs, so the
upgrade should be fairly small and straigtforward.

The other course that is open for you is to upgrade to woody (Which is
currently in testing and has not yet been released, but for most people,
it is stable :). This is a major upgrade (Nearly every package that you
have installed will be upgraded, and some new ones will need to be
installed). You could do that now, or later when woody has been
released. Note carefully though that security fixes can currently take
some time to get into woody, so if you are concerned about security, but
don't follow the security mailing lists and don't want to upgrade by
hand, then you probably want to wait for woody to be released.
