They aren't ISOs per-se: I don't think there's a file on an official mirror: but using jigdo (cdimage.debian.org/~costar/jigdo), you can get an unofficial image.
The .jigdo files itself are hosted at ftp://ftp.fsn.hu/pub/CDROM-Images/debian-unofficial/woody/jigdo/
