What type of laptop? Kernel revision?

I have it running nicely on a Dell I4000 under 2.2.20 (although
suspend/resume kills irda).

I thought that irmanager was obsolete. But then I haven't been running
0.9.5 for quite a while... (replaced by irattach if memory serves).
