I use this card too, the Realport version.  I prefer to get the
pcmcia-cs source and compile it myself.  I've had the best luck
with this.  You can download the latest source here:

I use version 3.1.29 and found it has the best support for the
Xircom Carbus card.  It uses the tulip_cb module, along with the
serial_cb module for the modem.
