Its present content (slim) is:
	mentioning there is a mailing list
	pointing to its archives
	pointer to Kenneth Harker
	pointer to mobilix

We could add:
	tip: compiling a kernel under debian (not forgetting pcmcia)
		aka "howto use kernel-package"
	tip: gpm w/ or w/o X discourse (a nice clean small paragraph)
	current version of .deb pcmcia-cs package in 
		stable/potato  
		testing/woody 
		unstable/sid
