X configuration for Inspiron 4000

Hello friends,

does anybody have a working XF86Config-4 for an Inspiron 4000?
I have an Inspiron with the ATI Rage Mobility M3 card, I used
a config I found on the web, but X crashes shortly after it
has started. I think it has something to do with the mouse.
I have no /dev/mouse link, when I use /dev/psaux it crashes.
