Netwave WLAN card

Anyone,

I just acquired a BayStack 660 Wireless PC Card which uses the netwave_cs module (according to my docs).  I've got the card to load properly as far as I can tell:

What I'm struggling with now is when I try to configure eth0 via dhcp, my system locks and I have to power-cycle.

Does anyone have any experience here and/or can help me out?
