nope, you don't. at least not things like sshd, ftpd and X. not sure about
apache - afaik apache can bind to a certain ip address (i don't use
apache) to be able to decide which one was used on a multihomed host.
but all the others are definitely fine, i change the ip addresses of my
machines all the time and it works without any problems.

i guess you tried it and something didn't work as expected - could you
describe what's happening?
