I paid 35USD+shipping for my 3Com 3c562B and haven't had any problems
with it; I found the reseller on Pricewatch. It's a 16-bit card with
10Mbps ethernet (same chip as 3c589) and a 28.8kbps modem. The dongle
is rather large though, since it has both BNC and RJ45 jacks. AFAIK,
the card is out of production, which would explain why it was so
cheap...
