Re: send operation not permitted (was: hello)



Your firewall is probably blocking your outgoing traffic.  If you have
slink you have ipfwadm, and if you have potato you have ipchains.  I'd
recommend reading the ip firewall howto, and the respective documents on
your firewall type.
If you want to see your outgoing traffic restrictions try
ipfwadm -O -l
ipchains -L output
