Fwd: Vietnamese translator for wiki.debian.org

Hi Debian l10n Vietnamese gang,

My name is Trung. (You might not want to call me Trần as it is a very
common Vietnamese surname.)

Today is my second attempt of trying to contribute to Debian.

Yesterday, I was trying to figure out how I can contribute by
translating a page on wiki. It has been a very confusing experience.

And I have managed to get blocked from accessing any page on:

» https://wiki.debian.org/

I have sent the detail to wiki@debian.org and it is attached in this
letter too. I have came to realised that there is a different between
the 'V' in:

» https://debian.org/international/Vietnamese

And 'v' in the URL for:

» https://debian.org/international/vietnamese

The '*/vietnamese' site is 'Page not found' at the moment. Honestly this
naming system is very confusing. Perhaps if we want to attract more
people to help with translation there should be info on there to guide
idiots like me-self.

I am still blocked from accessing the wiki. It is a bit painful to have
to launch Tor just to learn stuff from the wiki at the moment.

Now allow me to kindly ask if somebody could:

    1. Point me to a guide on how I can start translating.

    2. REMOVE ME FROM THE BLOCKLIST FOR THE WIKI DOMAIN.

                                                   With Love & Tears. <3

Hello wiki.debian.org,

My name is Trung. (Vietnamese)

I would like to contribute by translating content to Vietnamese.

Even though the doc on debian's wiki page is very concise and helpful,
I am a bit confused on how one should starts to contribute. The ‘Debian
Vietnamese Page’ say there is `debian-l10n-vietnamese` mailing list but
I am not sure what I am supposed to do exactly with that. Do I have to
subscribe and get flooded with mails? There is a link that say `project
web site` but when I clicked that, the page has the same URL but the
content not found:

» https://www.debian.org/international/vietnamese/

(very weird - I thought I was on drug)

There are about a billion links on debian.org and none of them tell
exactly what should I do to start. (If there is such a page please tell
me where to find it.) Now I think the server blocked me from accessing
all content on:

» https://wiki.debian.org

I tried to start translate this page specifically:

» https://wiki.debian.org/vi/OpenPGP

I clicked on the DefaultTemplate link and was told I am not allowed to
edit or something. So I tried to create an account but again was not
able to and was told to contact this E-mail. Perhaps now the server
think I am a netbot.

My IP is:

» 113.161.44.185

I do apologize if this letter appear to show a little attitude but
frankly I just spent the whole morning trying to help out but it has
been a very frustrating experience.

Please at least could someone remove me from your blocklist? Honestly I
do actually need to access the info on wiki from time to time.

                                                    Thanks in Advance.
