Yes, "fijar" does mean set. In the original English errors, mark ("[package] can not be marked...") and set ("[package] was already set...") are being used indistinctly.

I just wanted to make it somewhat easier to skim through by using fijar (fijado being the past participle, which is used on all the errors following this one in the .po file) only instead of both fijar and marcar.
