Re: Spanish translation of maint-guide

Hi,

Since 100% translated is better, I propose to revert this recent commit
by javi and use Mr. Marchi's version as the baseline.

Then address style issues and corrections.  (At least fix 
msgstr "Copyright © 2005-2010 Osamu Aoki"
which is correct :-)

Can you all work together on this?

Any objection?

As I updated my checkout .... alas!  javi just committed a translation PO
over my commit using update from <translator>Francisco Javier Cuadrado
<email>fcocuadrado@gmail.com</email></translator>

I think these 2 version needs to be synchronized properly instead of
overwriting each other.  

As I see, some of the new commit seem to have good points.

Title change and copyright year correction may have point.  Dropping period and
changing "versión" to "version", I am not Spanish speaker to judge these.

There are consistent difference in style.
English:             \"<tt>fakeroot debian/rules binary</tt>\"
Mr. Marchi version:    <tt>fakeroot debian/rules binary</tt>
Mr. Cuadrado version: «<tt>fakeroot debian/rules binary</tt>»

It looks to me that preservation of quotation mark by Mr. Cuadrado may
be better choice. There are many different text which seem to indicate
that these are independent work.
